The OnBase® ECM Solution is a prerequisite for utilizing this application. The features available to users depend on the version of the OnBase Application Server being operated.

Version 10.0.1 or greater:

• Convenient browsing and access to Workflow
• Ability to view, zoom, and navigate multi-page documents and associated keywords
• Execution of Workflow Ad-Hoc tasks
• Addition, viewing, editing, and deletion of OnBase Notes

Version 11 or greater:

• Execution of searches utilizing OnBase Custom Queries

Version 12 or greater:

• Viewing, editing, and saving of E-Forms and Unity Forms
• Filtering and sorting of Workflow queues
• Access to Workflow-related documents
• Viewing of Business Activity Monitoring layouts and portlets

Version 12 SP1 or greater:

• Creation of new E-Forms and Unity Forms

Version 13 or greater:

• Uploading of photos
• Access to saved documents offline
